Dynamic analysis of a PCBA in an enclosure

Since we use a general purpose open-source finite element solver as core of our simulation processes, we can combine PCBA models with FE models of enclosures and all kinds of attachment parts.

The animation shows the frequency response of a PCBA mounted in a generic enclosure. The system has been accelerated in the out-of-plane direction of the PCB at the mounting points of the enclosure. The contour plot shows the magnitude of the PCB displacements.
